SHOPPING ON-LINE Payment is through Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. Major credits cards are accepted through PayPal and Money Orders are accepted. Money orders should be sent to the address above along with ordering information.
RETURN POLICY Clothing is made upon order; therefore I do not accept returns for refunds. If for some reason the dress you ordered does not fit, every effort will be made to correct any problems through exchanges or alterations. Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged.
GARMENT DETAILS Garments are crafted of new poly/cotton fabric and 100% cotton. Punkin Patch recommends washing your garments in delicate in cold water, tumble dry low heat or lay flat to dry. All seams are professionally finished. All ribbons are treated to with Fray Check. Email Punkin@punkinpatchs.com with sizing, monogramming information or any question you may have.
Monogramming & Embroidery Monogramming and embroidery are offered on clothing and totes. Visit http://www.embroiderydk.com and http://www.designsbysick.com for embroidery designs I have available. For the little boys I have lab heads, ducks and a jumping deer. Monogramming cost is $3.00, full name $5.00, embroidery design (depending on size) is $5.00. Just drop an email to let me know what design or monogram font you�re looking for and to let me know what letters or name.
SHIPPING Items ships USPS to United Stated residents only. A $5.00 shipping fee applies on all orders up to $50.00. All orders over $50.00 shipping will be $7.00.
Shipping for splatterware: allow 7-10 business days for in stock merchandise to ship.
Out of stock merchandise will be shipped within 3-4 weeks or when item is back in stock. USPS will be used to ship order. I will offer free shipping for orders over $100.00.
For retuns or exchages please notify us within 30 business days. The refund will be less the shipping charges.
A item can be damaged during shipping.,notify us immediately for instructions to return should you receive a damaged item.
